Job Title : Brazil Localization Consultant

Location : Uberlandia, Brazil / REMOTE

Mode of Hire : Full Time / CLT

Responsibilities:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Techno Functional consultant in any or a few of the following tools - Mastersaf DFE, One Source Tax One, eComex, Comex Recof
  • Proven experience in Brazil localization
  • Business English is mandatory apart from native Portuguese skill

About the job:

  • Production support
  • Need to take transition from existing team
  • Address/Resolve user's issues raised via ServiceNow ticket within the stipulated time/SLA
  • Follow the defined processes
  • Collaborate with ERP (inbound/outbound) as needed to resolve issues
  • Prepare, Participate in status report/meetings
  • May need after hours support in case of critical issues (very rare)
  • In general no travel is expected as part of the job
  • Remote location based work is acceptable
  • Open to learn new tools, skills as needed on the job by leveraging their past experience, expertise.
