Job Overview: As a senior creative strategist, you will be responsible for leading the development of impactful direct response (DR) campaigns that drive measurable results. Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment where creativity and strategy come together to deliver exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive DR strategies by analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity. Create engaging ad content, including VSL-style ads, short-form videos, and user-generated content (UGC), that resonates with our target audience. Brief content creators on DR talking tracks, shot lists, compliance guidelines, and demo requirements to ensure high-quality output. Lead review sessions to refine DR structure, pacing, and storytelling, ensuring alignment with performance data. Translate performance metrics into actionable insights, informing new test briefs within 1-3 days. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy, preferably in high-spend environments. Deep understanding of VSL-style ads, including structure, beats, proof, pacing, and CTA flow. Proven ability to ship high volumes of ads weekly across various formats. Strong post-production literacy for precise DR feedback. Track record of writing/briefing iterations and content creators for DR assets. Data-driven mindset; living in Hook/Hold/CTR/CPC/CPA/ROAS. Detail-oriented; errors don't slip past you. Clear communicator who drives creative toward DR performance. What We're Looking For: We prioritize candidates with a proven track record of delivering high-performing DR campaigns, a deep understanding of VSL-style ads, and excellent communication skills.
