Job Overview: We're seeking an experienced Field Service Operations Expert to support the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of our field service operations. Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) to support business workflows, scheduling, routing, and mobile field operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions. Configure OFS modules including capacity management, activity scheduling, work order orchestration, routing plans, and mobility experiences. Perform solution testing, UAT support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless field operations. Recommend best practices and continuous improvements in field service processes. Support deployment activities, including data migration, configuration promotion, and post-go-live stabilization. About the Role: You will work closely with cross-functional teams including service operations, IT, product management, and vendors. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional field service experiences through expert Oracle Field Service Cloud configuration and integration. You will lead the implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring seamless user adoption. Responsibilities: Design, configure, and optimize OFS for efficient field service operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans. Ensure timely completion of projects while meeting or exceeding quality standards. Requirements: Mastery of Oracle Field Service Cloud configuration and integration. Hands-on experience with API integrations and data migrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
