Estamos buscando um Analista de Negócios em TI experiente e proativo para se juntar à nossa equipe. O candidato ideal terá conhecimentos técnicos e de negócios para atuar como elo entre as áreas de negócios e desenvolvimento.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Levantamento e análise de requisitos de negócio:
Coletar e documentar os requisitos de negócio de stakeholders;
Analisar e validar os requisitos para garantir que atendam às necessidades do negócio;
Priorizar os requisitos de acordo com a importância e urgência.
Comunicação e Negociação:
Atuar como ponte entre as áreas de negócio e desenvolvimento, garantindo uma comunicação clara e eficaz;
Negociar soluções que atendam às necessidades de ambas as áreas;
Facilitar a resolução de conflitos.
Documentação:
Elaborar documentações claras e concisas em inglês sobre os requisitos de negócio, incluindo casos de uso, fluxos de trabalho e especificações funcionais;
Manter a documentação atualizada no Confluence.
Gestão de Projetos:
Auxiliar no planejamento e gerenciamento de projetos de TI;
Monitorar o andamento dos projetos e identificar riscos e problemas;
Garantir que os projetos sejam entregues dentro do prazo e do orçamento.
Requisitos Essenciais:
Formação: Superior em Administração, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;
Experiência: Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência como Analista de Negócios em TI;
Experiência prévia com produtos de investimento.
Conhecimentos Técnicos:
UML, BPMN, casos de uso;
Banco de dados (SQL);
Ferramentas de BI e análise de dados;
Linguagens de programação (Python, Java, etc.);
Jira, Confluence e xRay
Cenários de Testes
Conhecimentos de Negócio:
Produtos Financeiros (investimento)
Processos de negócio;
Gestão de projetos;
Governança de TI.
Habilidades Pessoais:
Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
Pensamento analítico e crítico;
Capacidade de negociação e resolução de problemas;
Proatividade e autogestão;
Trabalho em equipe e relacionamento interpessoal.
Inglês: Avançado (fluente) , com capacidade para conduzir reuniões e apresentações.
Diferenciais:
Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban);
Certificações em análise de negócios (CBAP, PMI-PBA);
Certificações CPA-10 e 20;
Experiência no setor financeiro.
