Site Operations Specialist

Job Description: Manage onsite services at offices, including desktop operations, IT asset management and maintenance of public IT systems. This involves overseeing service level agreements, tracking performance metrics and driving improvement projects to ensure delivery quality. Key responsibilities include understanding onsite service needs through employee interviews and ticket analysis, as well as continuously driving the improvement of IT service experience and product experience by optimizing and iterating service processes. Plan, execute and manage service providers and team members, including workforce planning, recruitment, skills training, daily management, performance appraisal and personnel development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in IT service management, with overseas work experience preferred. Fluent communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Familiarity with desktop operations, asset management, conference room operations processes and technologies. Advantageous with ITIL and PMP certifications.
