Job Title: Sr. Cisco Meraki Security Specialist Job Description The successful candidate will lead the technical implementation of a critical deployment project for a global customer. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operational readiness of Cisco Meraki MX devices and associated security technologies across multiple locations. Conduct comprehensive discovery and documentation of existing IP schema across seven customer sites. Design and implement new IP subnets for Office, Wireless, and Management networks, ensuring efficient network configurations. Review DHCP server configuration, scope, and scope options for each location, ensuring optimal network performance. Identify network hosts requiring manual static IP modifications or changes, streamlining the deployment process. Deploy and configure Cisco Meraki MX devices, including switch port VLAN mapping, ensuring robust network security. Create standardized operational templates, profiles, and dashboards for Meraki environments, enhancing collaboration and knowledge sharing. Establish secure VPN tunnels and configure Cisco Secure Client for endpoint protection, safeguarding sensitive data. Integrate Cisco Duo MFA to secure access to critical applications, maintaining high levels of security and compliance. Perform Active Directory integration for centralized user management, simplifying identity and access control. Support cloud service integration with Azure and AWS, leveraging scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with internal and customer teams to ensure successful deployment and knowledge transfer, driving long-term success. Participate in testing, validation, and final review phases of the project, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess: A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise network deployment and configuration. Proven expertise with Cisco Meraki MX series, including dashboard configuration and VPN setup. Hands-on experience with Cisco Duo MFA and Cisco Secure Client, ensuring secure access and endpoint protection. Familiarity with IP schema design, subnetting, and VLAN configuration, optimizing network efficiency. Experience integrating cloud services (Azure, AWS) into enterprise networks, leveraging scalable and secure infrastructure. Prior involvement in phased deployment projects across multiple physical locations is highly desirable.
