Talent Acquisition Specialist At a global creative company, we seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who excels at finding, assessing, and onboarding top talent. You will build the network powering our operations by sourcing videographers, photographers, designers, editors, motion specialists, creative leads, project managers, and other key roles across time zones. Main Responsibilities: Identify and attract top talent worldwide Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding Build robust talent pools for high-demand roles (design, video, motion, PM, creative leads) Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine talent profiles Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit Maintain organized, up-to-date applicant pipelines and recruitment dashboards Implement scalable sourcing strategies using job boards, communities, referrals, and outreach tools Foster clear, timely communication with candidates for a positive experience Requirements: 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience (creative, agency, or tech background preferred) Strong sourcing abilities and familiarity with modern recruitment tools (Recruiter, ATS platforms, AI sourcing tools, etc.) Ability to assess talent across multiple specialties Clear and confident communication in English, adept at managing candidate expectations and presenting opportunities effectively Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple roles simultaneously A positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment We're a dynamic team built for quality and flexibility, powered by smart tech, streamlined systems, and a global network of top-tier talent.
