Editorial Specialist We're seeking an Editorial Specialist to enhance our creative output by generating multiple high-quality ad variations. This role involves optimizing existing 30–60 second Meta ads to increase performance and expand creative volume. Create alternative hooks, restructure timelines, adjust pacing, and introduce new punch-in/out moments to boost stopping power. Modify captions, layout, on-screen text, reframing, b-roll timing, and transitions while maintaining brand consistency. Produce multiple versions of each ad optimized for performance testing (length trims, hook variations, CTA variations).
