You will be part of a Customer Service team located in Sao Paulo focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary goal will be to comprehend the customer journey from start to finish and identify opportunities to enhance it. ● To achieve this, you will conduct VOC analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement and propose relevant solutions ● Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless customer interactions across all touchpoints ● Develop and implement initiatives that positively impact the customer's experience ● A minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in customer service or customer experience management is required ● Relevant education includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (customer service, e-commerce, online platform)● Native fluency in Portuguese, strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English are mandatory ● Ability to effectively navigate a matrix organization and collaborate cross-departmentally ● Excellent organizational and time management skills ● Strong communication skills are essential ● You must have experience leading customer service enhancements or customer experience improvement projects from planning through execution ● Analytical skills to compile and analyze big data and report to internal or external teams are a plus
