Job Opportunity: Clinical Research Associate We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Phase 2 clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Key responsibilities include site management and monitoring, regulatory compliance, safety and data management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field. At least 2-4 years of experience as a CRA in oncology trials, preferably in Phase 2 studies. Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines. Experience with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management systems. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in early-phase oncology trials. Strong understanding of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics assessments.
