Unlock Salesforce Solutions Expertise in CPQ and Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business workflows, drive automation, and enable data-driven sales operations through scalable Salesforce configurations and customizations. The goal is to streamline sales processes and enhance customer experience by leveraging Salesforce's full potential. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and needs. Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce configurations and enhancements. Customize Salesforce functionalities including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Products, Price Books, Quotes, and Contracts to achieve business goals. Implement and maintain CPQ functionalities such as product configuration, pricing rules, discount structures, and quote-to-order processes. Develop custom workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex (if required). Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, billing, or marketing platforms) using APIs and middleware tools for seamless data exchange. Conduct system testing, UAT, and user training to ensure a smooth adoption process. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system optimizations. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and CPQ enhancements to recommend best practices and continuous improvements.
