Talent Advisor & Specialist – Strategic Pharmaceutical RPO As a Talent Advisor & Specialist , you will be the primary point of contact for full-cycle recruitment in Brazil within a high-performance RPO model. Partnering with hiring managers at a world-leading biopharmaceutical company , you will recruit for mission-critical, high-science roles. This is a consultative role for a recruiter who acts as a strategic bridge between candidate excellence and complex business needs. You will operate in a "white-glove" environment where market intelligence and senior stakeholder management are just as important as the hire itself. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Niche Recruitment: Ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for highly specialized roles, including Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) , HCP Partners , Clinical Research, and senior leadership. Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a consultative partner for global hiring managers (US/Europe). Lead intake meetings, define sourcing strategies, and provide market data to influence hiring decisions. Market Mapping & Hunting: Proactively identify and engage passive, high-level talent within the neurology, immunology, and rare disease sectors. Candidate Experience & Logistics: Manage a premium candidate journey, from initial engagement through offer negotiation and pre-boarding. Performance Excellence: Ensure alignment with aggressive KPIs, including a 10-day shortlist target and a 30-day average Time-to-Fill . Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within an RPO or executive search environment. Industry Expertise: Direct experience recruiting for Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences companies is highly preferred (understanding roles like MSL or Regulatory Affairs is a major advantage). Bilingual Communication: Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory for reporting to and collaborating with global stakeholders. Seniority: Proven ability to manage the recruitment of Director-level and highly technical scientific profiles. Tools: Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and global ATS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, or Gupy). Compensation & Work Model Base Salary: R$9,000.00 (Monthly CLT).
