Ideal Classroom Assistant

EARJ is seeking a dedicated Teaching Aide to assist the needs of our students and classroom environment. The ideal candidate will possess a College degree, 3-5 years of experience as a Teaching Aide, preferably in an international school context, and be skilled in multilingual classrooms. A motivated learner who accepts responsibility for their own growth and thrives in an atmosphere of transformational leadership is essential. Responsibilities include assisting the classroom teacher and contributing to a community that is inclusive, culturally sensitive and equitable.
