Job Title: UX Research Specialist We're seeking a UX Researcher to join our team working on large-scale education and healthcare projects. Our products cater to students, faculty, administrators, and librarians globally, with significant B2B sales to institutions. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers and designers across multiple product lines. This role requires someone who can quickly learn complex domains, work independently, and run end-to-end research cycles. Conduct user research throughout the discovery, concept testing, and usability stages (approximately 30% / 40% / 30% split). Plan, design, and execute studies using qualitative and evaluative methods. Collaborate with PMs and UX designers embedded in U.S.-based teams. Communicate findings through clear storytelling, presentations, and research artifacts. Ensure stakeholders' involvement throughout the research process, promoting alignment, transparency, and impact. Work independently after onboarding while staying connected with a close-knit research team. Inform product strategy across diverse, multi-product portfolios. Requirements: Significant UX research experience, with a solid understanding of research methods and study design. Ability to manage independent research projects from planning to analysis and presentation. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing product decisions. Clear communication skills and the ability to present insights effectively. A proactive and self-directed approach to work, coupled with strong teamwork ethos. Bonus: Experience working with international teams or in the education or healthcare sectors. Contract Details: Initial 6-month contract, with ongoing extensions expected due to project duration exceeding 12 months. Close collaboration with U.S.-based teams, with LATAM timezone alignment being an advantage.
