SAP AMS Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled SAP AMS Project Manager to lead the delivery of our SAP Application Management Services across multiple modules and business areas. Manage day-to-day SAP AMS operations, including incident, problem, change, and service request management. Oversee delivery of SAP enhancements, small projects, and rollouts within agreed timelines and budgets. Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service quality targets are consistently achieved. Coordinate with SAP Basis, Functional, and Technical teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions. Drive root cause analysis and preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in SAP project/AMS management. Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.) and integration points. Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management). Proven track record in managing global/onshore-offshore delivery models. Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills. PMP, ITIL, or SAP certifications (SAP Solution Manager, Activate, S/4HANA) preferred.
