We are looking for a SAP APO Consultant Senior , who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid (remote possibility) , in the city of São Paulo. In this role you will must have: • A strong interpersonal & team spirit as we deliver better together. • Structure in order deliver the appropriate contractual service levels. • Organization to plan and deliver accordingly. • Proactive to mitigate /detect the risks. • Good relationships skills as you will have to build a network for improving cooperation. • Coaching a mindset to help your team members evolve. • Culturally open-minded as we work with Offshore, nearshore and local people in one team. • Business oriented to support our client to perform (IT and Business). • Strong communication skills: to manage steering committee & customer daily contacts. • ITIL V4 certification is a big plus. • Advance English and Spanish. • Advanced knowledge of SAP APO gATP and SAP APO PPDS process. • Advanced knowledge of SAP IBP Supply, SAP IBP For Demand, SAP IBP Capacity, SAP IBP Order Based and CI-DS for customer) and Integration Structure using CPI-DS / SDI. • Advanced knowledge of SAP BPC / SAP Analytics Cloud, Data Modeling, User Stories and Dashboards. • Experience with Data Integration in SAP Environments (such as SAP BW, SAP ECC, S/4HANA). • Knowledge of Financial Planning and Budget Control practices. • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into insights. Good to Have: • Good Customer management skills. • Collaborate with multiple teams including partner organizations. • Ability to steer and take ownership of complete projects from development team perspective. • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. • Knowledge of ABAP. • Knowledge of SAP BW, ECC and S/4. • Knowledge of scripting languages for customization (JavaScript, Python) within the SAP environment. • SAP Certified Associate - Project Manager - SAP Activate. SN Key responsibilities/Expectations from the Role: • Responsible for the overall commitment in terms of budget, Customer satisfaction, contractual compliance, service continuity, team members motivations, respect for qualitative & timely delivery • Minimum 5-6 years in SAP projects or SAP related service • Customer Single Point of contact for AMS Services subjects • Provide consolidated management reporting to the Customer and TCS on the services performance. • The delivery of the AMS services at the appropriate contractual service levels • The management of the delivery of the services and other agreed deliverables in all its aspects: specification, estimation, planning, control, acceptance, SLA compliance for the applications in scope Implementing and controlling all agreed procedures and processes • Conform to the engagement prioritization, identify & assign resources on service activities • Drive- End-to-End the problem, change, release, capacity, performance management and reporting. >>> What do we offer?
