Job Title: Advanced Security Operations Center Transformation Expert Job Description As a seasoned leader in the field of cybersecurity, you will be responsible for driving large-scale Security Operations Center (SOC) transformations. You will work closely with customers to guide them through complex SOC modernizations, leveraging your expertise in AI-driven detection and automation to deliver measurable security outcomes. Required Skills and Qualifications A proven track record in modernizing SOCs to achieve automation, AI-driven detection, and measurable improvements in Mean Time To Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time To Respond (MTTR) Exceptional executive presence, with strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders from the SOC analyst to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior security leaders, with the ability to diagnose challenges and deliver strategic recommendations 10+ years of hands-on experience in deploying and integrating Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)/security analytics solutions within large enterprise environments 8+ years of experience with SOC tooling, processes, and workflows Hands-on technical mastery across SIEM, Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), cloud security, and threat intelligence Ability to conceive, architect, and develop effective correlation and detection rules Familiarity with a range of SIEM technologies is a plus Strong expertise in Regular Expressions (Regex) Benefits We offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, innovation, and collaboration.
