Creative Apparel Design Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Apparel Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading design projects from initial concept through final production-ready files, bringing creative ideas to client briefs while ensuring every detail meets quality standards. About the Role Develop and execute innovative designs that meet clients' expectations and align with company goals. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to translate their vision into compelling apparel graphics, incorporating feedback throughout the design process. Prepare and finalize all artwork for production, including proper file formats, export settings, and color specifications for print. Maintain organized project documentation in cloud-based tools, including technical sheets, status updates, and asset libraries. Contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas that push beyond conventional approaches to apparel design. Requirements Proficient in vector and raster-based graphics software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Experience in traditional illustration (hand-drawing) and web-based tools such as Google Drive and Google Sheets. 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer and 2+ years of experience as an apparel designer. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Benefits Full-time position (40 hours weekly). Unlimited PTO.
