Role: IT Application Portfolio Management Engineer. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Application Portfolio Management (APM) professional to support our enterprise architecture and application rationalization efforts. This role is critical in capturing, analyzing, and maintaining application metadata to assess current technology usage, align future business requirements, and guide decisions on modernization, consolidation, or new application development. 3+ years of experience in application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT asset management. Hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar APM tools. Strong understanding of application lifecycle, business capability modeling, and technology stack analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK). Capture and analyze application metadata to inform technology investments. Evaluate applications for business value and technical feasibility. Identify opportunities for application retirement, consolidation, or modernization. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies. 5%-15% travel as per business requirements. This role plays a key part in shaping our future application landscape by enabling smarter technology investments and reducing redundancy.
