Sua nova posição

Reportando-se ao Managing Director, você será responsável pela liderança estratégica da planta industrial, garantindo excelência operacional, segurança, qualidade e performance financeira.

Realizará a coordenação das áreas de produção, qualidade, laboratório e logística, atuando no desenvolvimento de novos produtos e tendo participação ativa no escalonamento de P&D até produção industrial.

O que precisa para ser bem sucedido

Buscamos profissionais com sólida experiência em gestão de plantas químicas, em ambientes multinacionais ou globalizados. Perfil foco em resultados, visão sistêmica e resiliência.

Formação superior em Engenharia Química e/ou Química.

Registro ativo no CRQ é imprescindível.

Inglês avançado é imprescindível.
