Job Description
We seek a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, enhancing our CRM system's functionality, and improving business processes. This role demands a balance of technical proficiency, project management skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Utilize Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, API integrations, and DOMO to enhance platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, customize the platform, and enable users to get the most out of Salesforce technology.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high development standards across the team.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs within Salesforce applications to ensure smooth system operation.
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage multiple project priorities and deliverables within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, Communities (Portal), and API.
- 3 yrs of experience in DOMO
- Hands on experience in the DOMO magic ETL and traditional transformation techniques.
- Good experience in building pipelines in DOMO
- Experience in designing and developing dashboards with the use of visualization tools like DOMO
- Leverage advanced DOMO functionality (parameters, actions, tooltip modifications, API, etc.) to create analytical dashboards.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
- Certified Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
