Learning Strategist The Opportunity: A dynamic Learning & Development leader is sought to spearhead the creation and delivery of impactful learning experiences across a global organization. About the Role: Design and deliver end-to-end training programs from development to deployment, driving measurable improvements in performance and productivity. Create engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions with clear objectives and outcomes. Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to develop targeted interventions that address performance barriers. Develop post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings to ensure knowledge retention and consistent application. Lead key KPIs, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion rates, and performance improvements. Craft career development pathways that accelerate internal mobility and strengthen talent pipelines. Collaborate with business leaders to align learning initiatives with department goals, driving capability building and business impact. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development. Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certification preferred. Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Brightspace. Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact. Ability to comprehend complex information and translate it into engaging training content. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
