  • English: Intermediate (for internal communication, reports and tools).
  • Spanish: A big plus (our internal communication often happens in Spanish).

Note: Our internal meetings and spanish discussions are mostly in Spanish. You don't need to be fluent, but being comfortable with Spanish or willing to learn is key.

What You'll Do

  • Launch, monitor and scale campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads .
  • Build audiences, exclusions, retargeting flows and LTV segments.
  • Use GoHighLevel to build funnels, track events and integrate automations.
  • Analyze data using GTM, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, UTMs and dashboards.
  • Test hooks, angles, creatives and landing pages with copywriters and editors.
  • Push performance beyond "good enough" and optimize relentlessly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years running Meta or TikTok ads with performance accountability.
  • Proven experience with VSL funnels and long-form sales pages .
  • Solid background working with digital products / info products .
  • Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, CAC, LTV, ROAS and funnel logic.
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards and creative testing frameworks.
  • Highly organized, reliable and hungry for growth.
  • Willing to challenge ideas, take ownership and go beyond briefs.
