About Circulate Circulate is a global creative marketing agency at the intersection of music, culture, and brand. The Role We’re looking for a skilled Creative & Video Editor to join our fast-moving agency team. You’ll be part of the production/creative studio at Circulate, shaping the visuals that fuel campaigns for some of the biggest names in music and culture. This role is for someone who is hungry to learn, passionate about creative, skilled at video editing, and ready to bring energy and creativity to every project. What You’ll Do Edit short-form and long-form content for social, digital, and campaign platforms. Work closely with producers, designers, and senior editors to deliver polished, on-brand videos. Adapt content for multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), ensuring formats, aspect ratios, and specs are correct. Assist in managing raw footage, organising project files, and maintaining Circulate’s editing workflows. Keep a finger on the pulse of cultural and content trends, bringing fresh ideas and editing styles to projects. Contribute creatively to brainstorms and campaign development. Deliver projects to tight deadlines while maintaining high standards. What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve a plus). A strong sense of timing, storytelling, and rhythm. An understanding of editing for social-first platforms. Attention to detail and an organised approach to file management. Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure. A genuine interest in music, culture, and digital content.
