Our team of experts can assist with content management, ERP systems, digital transformation, GIS & BI solutions, CRM platforms, and AI integration. Job Title: Senior Enterprise Project Lead Key Responsibilities: Drive cross-functional teams in software development projects. Develop detailed project plans that meet client expectations. Ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality results. Leadership & Team Management: Direct daily operations and ensure tasks are completed effectively. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members. Project Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions. Oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis and requirements gathering. Document and communicate business requirements effectively. Client Engagement: Act as primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues clearly. Quality Assurance: Establish quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet standards. Identify and mitigate potential project risks. Requirements: Fluent English language skills. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management within an Agile environment. Prior hands-on experience with software development.
