Cubbo is on a mission to become the #1 eCommerce fulfillment business in Latin America. We are a technology-based startup, which started operations in early 2021, currently we operate in two countries: Brazil and Mexico. We're building the largest urban warehouse fulfillment network throughout LatAm, which empowers us to do cross-border and same-day fulfillment across the region. Cubbo's software is fully integrated with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, V-TEX, Mercado Libre and many more.

The General Manager of B2B Fulfillment will be a critical leader in Cubbo’s Brazil operation, spearheading the launch and growth of our B2B fulfillment services starting in 2025. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in diversifying our core business—B2C Fulfillment—by building and scaling a B2B fulfillment operation from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to align this new venture with Cubbo’s broader strategic goals while leveraging your extensive experience in the Brazilian fulfillment industry to ensure a strong foundation for long-term success.

You will bring clarity and confidence to complex operational decisions, establish scalable systems, and navigate challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll take ownership of all aspects of B2B fulfillment, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. Your expertise in fulfillment and commitment to continuous improvement will be key to driving this new business line forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the B2B fulfillment strategy to launch and scale operations, ensuring alignment with Cubbo’s long-term growth objectives.
  • Design and oversee operational processes for B2B fulfillment, including warehouse setup, inventory management, and logistics optimization.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team dedicated to B2B fulfillment, ensuring the department is equipped for rapid growth and operational excellence.
  • Establish partnerships and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and technology vendors.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to develop innovative solutions and competitive service offerings in the B2B space.
  • Implement and manage scalable systems and KPIs to measure and drive operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate B2B fulfillment seamlessly into Cubbo’s existing infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including logistics, warehousing, and labor laws.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team to guide B2B expansion and decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, service quality, and operational scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in fulfillment operations in Brazil, with a strong track record in launching or scaling B2B fulfillment services.
  • Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and warehousing best practices in the Brazilian market.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a history of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for fulfillment, logistics, and labor regulations in Brazil.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
