We're seeking a Video Content Specialist to join our team. As a key player in the creative process, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into captivating video content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent editing skills and have a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve is a must. Key Responsibilities: Edit high-impact videos that drive engagement and deliver results. Collaborate with creative producers and brand leads to craft compelling visual storylines. Apply sound design principles to enhance audio quality and create dynamic transitions. Maintain speed and consistency while delivering edits that meet brand standards. Create engaging long-form content, including interviews, events, and documentaries. Requirements: Proven experience in editing impactful video content (portfolio required). Strong understanding of pacing, trend awareness, and tone-matching. Ability to find the narrative beating heart in any clip. Comfort iterating quickly and delivering results under tight deadlines. Nice to Have: Experience working on branded content, creator storytelling, or startup media projects. Familiarity with motion graphics and captions to enhance engagement.
