We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Workforce Management Solutions Specialist . This individual will be responsible for implementing optimal solutions for customers, working in complex environments that require multi-product solutions, customization, and integration with other third-party products. Driving requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organisation. Designing a solution that best fits the customer requirements while limiting deviations from standard functionalities. Preparing functional and technical solution design documents. Working with the offshore technical team to build the solution and clarify their queries. Training core users of the customer. Managing customer user acceptance tests. Collaborating with project managers to align with project milestones and ensure timely delivery. To succeed in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer sciences or a related field. Experience with workforce management systems is mandatory. English language proficiency at an advanced level (B2-C1). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in requirement gathering and solution design. Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction. Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
