Senior Fullstack Engineer Role You will be responsible for building high-quality client-facing applications, internal platforms, and AI-enabled automation features across our product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop backend services, APIs, and automation workflows using Python Integrate applications with external systems, developer platforms, and CI/CD pipelines efficiently Implement AI-assisted features using LLMs and model-serving APIs effectively Work with automation and orchestration frameworks to streamline internal processes and improve productivity Implement structured logging, observability, and diagnostics for better performance monitoring Contribute to architecture design and scalability decisions to ensure seamless growth Build responsive, high-quality UIs in React and TypeScript for improved user experience Create intuitive UX for data-rich features, dashboards, and internal tools Build interfaces for automation controls, AI-driven outputs, and system insights Collaborate with design to simplify complex technical workflows and enhance usability Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and real-time services seamlessly Requirements: At least 5 years of engineering experience across backend and frontend development Strong Python expertise with FastAPI, Flask, async programming, and API design principles Proficient in React and TypeScript with modern component patterns for efficient development Experience integrating with GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, or other dev platforms for smooth collaboration Familiarity with automation workflows, orchestration tools, or agent frameworks for streamlined processes Hands-on experience with AI models, LLM APIs, or prompt-based systems for effective implementation Strong understanding of automated testing, code quality, and observability for better maintenance Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with minimal supervision Clear written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members Bonus Points: Experience with microservices, serverless workflows, or complex API ecosystems for enhanced scalability AWS experience or certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer for added credibility Background in cloud architecture or technical leadership for strategic decision-making Fluent English language skills for clear communication
