Mentor developers and foster a high-quality engineering culture. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 6 years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Java. Proven expertise with: SpringBoot, SpringCloud, Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka, Redis HA, Exadata, and MQ. Advanced knowledge in Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Reactive and Functional Programming, and Java 21.
