Seja o Líder Técnico de Dados que nos leva à Excelência O nosso cliente está procurando por um profissional talentoso para desempenhar o papel de Líder Técnico de Dados , responsável por liderar a evolução de uma plataforma de dados global. Responsabilidades Técnicas: Desenvolver e implementar arquiteturas de dados escaláveis e sustentáveis; Liderar a modelagem de dados e a criação de pipelines de ingestão, replicação e transformação; Avaliar a performance de ingestão, linhagem e qualidade de dados; Integrar sistemas em ambientes híbridos (GCP, Azure, SQL Server); Apoiar iniciativas avançadas (ML/GenAI/Analytics) e garantir a adequação da arquitetura; Ser o ponto estratégico do nearshore para decisões de arquitetura; Traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas escaláveis e sustentáveis. Requisitos Técnicos: Experiência sólida como Arquiteto(a) de Dados ou Data Solutions Architect; Forte domínio de arquiteturas modernas de dados (medallion, lakehouse, data mesh, pipelines distribuídos); Experiência prática com: Azure Data Factory (ADF); SQL Server (OLTP/OLAP); CDC / replicação de dados – preferencialmente Click Replicate; Integração entre GCP e ecossistemas Microsoft; Conhecimento avançado de modelagem, governança, versionamento e gestão de ciclo de vida de dados; Fluência em inglês (interação diária com lideranças globais); Capacidade comprovada de tomada de decisão técnica, liderança e direcionamento arquitetural. Diferenciais: Experiência com Microsoft Fabric; Background em plataformas analíticas e machine learning; Atuação em ambientes corporativos complexos e distribuídos.
