Key responsibilities include designing lesson plans that promote inquiry-based learning and align with the school's vision and mission. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. The school offers a competitive compensation package, including medical and dental insurance, life insurance, lunch, free tuition for up to two children, and paid time off. Occasional Saturday work may be required to support school programs.
