Mission:
Fime is looking for a well-rounded HR Generalist for its Sao Paolo office. The person will be responsible for all HR matter along the employee lifecycle: recruitment, reward & benefits, labour relations, learning & development, attendance at work, compensation, international mobility and payroll.
ACTIVITIES
- will act as advisor for managers, directors and executive officers in the interpretation of human resources legislation, policies and programs;
- will have to manage the complete recruitment cycle: create job postings, conduct interviews, and do pre-employment checks;
- will be responsible for drafting employment contracts and ensuring the onboarding and integration of new resources;
- will be responsible for the training file: prepare an annual training budgets, and coordinate training activities;
- will manage group insurances (renewal of the insurance policy and processing of claims);
- will manage any benefits applicable;
- will update employee files;
- will prepare salary increases according to the annual budget;
- will maintain pay equity;
- will manage disability files;
- will follow up on annual evaluations and performance management;
- will assist managers during disciplinary measures;
- other related tasks.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources;
- at least 7 to 9 years of experience as an HR generalist;
- knowledge of Brazilian labor law and unionized companies in Brazil;
- in payroll processing (knowledge about Deel is a plus);
- in employee benefits management (group insurance, pension plan, vouchers cards, );
- in international mobility/work permit management;

- Portuguese and English;

- organizational skills and ability to multi-task;
- interpersonal skills to communicate with various stakeholders; (managers, employees and others);
