Cloud Architect and Hybrid Infrastructure Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect and Hybrid Infrastructure Specialist to drive the integration of on-premises infrastructures, data centers, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring, governing, and accelerating the adoption of cloud-first strategies, ensuring robustness, resilience, security, and scalability in sustaining main systems and supporting digitalization, automation, and innovation projects. Key Responsibilities: Define and evolve host and cloud infrastructure architecture standards, aligned with global demands and multi-cloud/hybrid strategies. Lead digital transformation projects, including migration of on-premises loads to the cloud, integration of critical infrastructures, automation, containerization, DevOps, and continuous improvement of environments. Orchestrate the implementation of solutions oriented to resilience, cybersecurity, scalability, disaster recovery, advanced backup, and cost optimization. Ensure adherence to international security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD, GDPR, PIPEDA) and best practices in data governance and operations. Support the design and implementation of robust network, storage, virtualization, automation, edge/fog topologies in complex and distributed environments. Develop and maintain advanced technical documentation: diagrams, manuals, processes, automation templates, observability policies, and operational standards. Stay up-to-date with trends and innovation in cloud, edge, intelligent infrastructure, green IT, and automation, evaluating adoption opportunities in operations. Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, DevOps, Security, Business, and global architecture teams. Produce comprehensive documentation, guides, contingency plans, training, and best practices for support and operation teams. Participate in forums, workshops, and innovation projects to stay current with global trends and best practices.
