Senior Web Development Leader We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Web Development Leader to spearhead our web development initiatives. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and optimization of our website, managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards. You will lead a team of skilled developers, manage workload distribution across multiple projects, establish and enforce coding standards, quality assurance protocols, and best practices. You will also conduct code reviews, provide constructive technical feedback, create project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of project assets. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional web development experience, direct experience managing technical execution of marketing campaigns, and a portfolio demonstrating successful web development projects they've personally led and deployed. They will also have expertise in implementing version control systems, configuring Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines, and integrating unit and end-to-end tests into the workflow.
