Job Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Mobility Care Associate. This role involves providing customer and technical assistance and support related to mobile device systems, hardware, software, company and carrier processes, and client procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to queries by inbound phone call, email, and as assigned, respond in a timely and professional manner, isolate issues and requests, and determine and implement a resolution as per client specific company procedures. Provide customer and technical support via phone calls, emails, and ticketing system Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving clients' supported hardware, tools, and carrier systems Research process, policy, and procedure questions using available informational resources Advise client employees on appropriate action(s), timelines, outcomes, etc. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated to be effective with minimal supervision, detail oriented, and able to work independently. Requirements Proficient and professional/native level English speaker and writer Able to multi-task and juggle a large volume of tasks Consistently reliable: able to be on time and present when scheduled Professional behavior in the workplace, remotely, and anywhere affiliation is known Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Self-motivated to be effective with minimal supervision Detail, process, and results oriented Ability to avoid distraction and consistently work throughout a scheduled shift Work Arrangements Full-time, freelancer position Remote work from home in Brazil Set schedule Monday - Friday, 3pm - 12am OR Saturday - Wednesday, 6:30am - 3:30pm OR Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (Austin, TX, Central Time)8 hour shifts English required Compensation $5.50 USD per hour $1000 USD/month (at 42 hours/week) Benefits Career growth opportunities Flexible remote work arrangement Collaborative and supportive team environment Autonomy to choose your time off and holidays Paid hourly for time worked Choose to be paid in US Dollars
