Job Description Main Responsibilities: Support transformation projects in wholesale banking, treasury, and capital markets by understanding end-to-end financial processes. Analyze requirements for solution implementation and delivery of financial products to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with technical and business teams to address regulatory and operational challenges. Participate in innovation initiatives to automate financial sector processes. Required Skills: A minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects. Familiarity with basic financial products such as FX, fixed income, and derivatives. A genuine interest in capital markets, financial operations, and risk management. Strong analytical, collaborative, and learning mindset. Fluency in English language. Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration. Economics. Engineering (Production, Computer, Financial). Accounting. Mathematics / Statistics. Information Systems / Computer Science. Key Qualifications: Mastery of project management tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Possess a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
