Job Overview The Head of Charging Operations will define and execute the strategy for the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of Vammo's battery-swapping network. This mission-critical leadership role demands strategic vision, the ability to build high-performance teams, and a deep sense of ownership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement end-to-end charging operations strategy, including detailed plans and OKRs Manage full budget and P&L, optimizing costs to meet company goals Define and monitor core OKRs and KPIs Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams across LiveOps, Field Operations, and Infrastructure Own network uptime, reliability, and incident response, ensuring riders always have batteries available Implement energy strategies to reduce cost per kWh, including procurement, market opportunities, and efficiency initiatives Lead commercial and expansion strategy for the network, defining site selection criteria and negotiating partnerships Build proactive Customer Experience processes to communicate downtime and protect NPS Provide real-world feedback and guide hardware/software roadmap to improve operability Requirements We seek an experienced leader with 8-12 years of professional experience in Brazil and Latin America business practices.
