This role is ideal for a highly skilled backend developer who excels in C#/.NET and has a strong focus on writing maintainable, scalable, and secure code . You will play a key role in shaping architecture, ensuring system performance, and embedding best practices while working in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This is a 100% remote, full-time role Salary $5.000USD to $7.000 USD What You Will Do Develop and Maintain Applications : Build, enhance, and maintain secure, scalable backend services using C#/.NET and integrate with APIs like Plaid, Dwolla, and Treasury Prime. Shape System Architecture : Contribute to system design, ensuring performance, scalability, and security across FinTech applications. Write Quality Code : Implement and test maintainable, well-documented code, with a focus on automation and software best practices. Support Production Systems : Monitor and troubleshoot production applications to ensure high availability and quick issue resolution. Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with front-end, QA, product, and IT teams, while mentoring junior engineers. Focus on Security and Compliance : Embed security best practices and maintain compliance with FinTech regulations. What You Will Need Strong Technical Expertise : Solid foundation in design patterns, software development best practices, and principles like SOLID and Clean Code.
