Visual Storyteller Opportunity About the Role We seek a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our organization. This is an excellent chance to work on a variety of projects, applying your design expertise to create engaging visual content. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality visuals for social media, digital graphics, presentations, and branded systems across multiple formats. Develop motion graphics and animated elements, including transitions, text animations, graphics packages, and video edits. Apply brand guidelines while finding space for innovation and creativity. Use AI tools and modern creative software to speed up design processes and explore new ideas. Collaborate with project managers to clarify briefs, address feedback, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain organized files and a high standard of craft across motion and static work. Requirements At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or hybrid role. A strong portfolio showcasing brand design, social content, motion graphics, and layout expertise. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a working knowledge of presentation design tools. An understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color systems, and brand identity. Ability to animate and design for modern platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, etc). Familiarity with AI or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney). A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to feedback. Clear communication skills in English, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively. Bonus Skills Having experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello, would be beneficial in this role. Additionally, proficiency in languages like HTML/CSS would enhance your skills as a Graphic Designer.
