Looking for a seasoned Linux administrator to join our team as a Cloud Operations Expert. As a key member of our 24x7 support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our global clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Linux and Unix, public Cloud, and server operations in large environments. They will be able to troubleshoot complex issues independently and provide expert-level support to our clients. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who is able to communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues. The successful candidate will have a strong background in script programming (Shell, Perl, Python, Go) and server automation tools (Ansible, CHEF). They will also have experience with network services like DNS and LDAP, and proxies. Required Skills Technical expertise in Linux OS/Windows and Infra customer issues Strong experience in administration of cloud platforms based on Linux operating systems in Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Pacemaker administration knowledge Practical experience with OS operation, upgrades, and security patching Networking experience with TCP/IP, IP routing, NAT, firewalls Good understanding of IT security and OS hardening Benefits You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
