Learning and Development Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to lead high-impact learning programs across the globe. This results-driven specialist will identify business needs and develop targeted training solutions that strengthen employee performance and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver end-to-end training programs achieving measurable improvements in performance and productivity. Author engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions with clear learning objectives and outcomes. Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to develop targeted learning interventions addressing performance barriers. Implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings to ensure knowledge retention and consistent on-the-job application. Own and continuously improve key KPIs including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion rates, and measurable performance improvements. Develop and scale career development pathways accelerating internal mobility and strengthening leadership and functional talent pipelines. Partner with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals driving capability building and business impact. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development. Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certification preferred. Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems. Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact. Ability to comprehend complex information and translate it into clear, engaging training content. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
