Job Overview The Project and Facilities Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the warehouse conversion project, ensuring seamless alignment with established standards and contractual agreements. Main responsibilities encompass: Managing project scope, budget, and schedule while reviewing construction material specifications and risk factors; Coodinating with internal teams and external contractors to facilitate smooth operations; Oversight of construction and maintenance activities to guarantee safety and efficiency for manufacturing processes; Facilities Management Responsibilities This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring physical infrastructure, safety, and services meet health/safety standards. This includes: Staff management and coordination with third-party vendors; Renovations and repairs, budget handling, and contract compliance; Safety and security measures to optimize space for efficient operations; Key Performance Indicators The successful candidate will possess excellent project planning and management skills, contractor management expertise, and experience in stakeholder coordination, maintenance, operations, safety, compliance, and strategic planning.
