Key Account Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Consultant to join our team. As a Key Account Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level training and consulting services to our clients in Latin America. Training Delivery: Develop and deliver high-quality instructional materials for technical training events, user meetings, and conferences. Conduct on-site and virtual sessions to educate clients on our solutions and best practices. Consultative Support: Provide expert product consulting to help clients maximize adoption and value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to align training with strategic objectives. Client Engagement: Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning for our clients. Gather feedback and communicate actionable insights to inform product improvement. Requirements: To be successful as a Key Account Consultant, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of our solutions, and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
