Senior Software Engineer - Azure & Power Platform Lead

We're looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer who gets excited about Microsoft's ecosystem and loves mentoring other developers. You'll be our go-to expert for Azure and Power Platform, architecting solutions that actually solve real business problems while growing a team of talented engineers. You'll also have the exciting opportunity to work on AI-powered applications - think building sleek chat interfaces or user experiences that integrate with intelligent services.

What you'll be doing: You'll spend your days designing elegant cloud solutions using Azure's full toolkit - from serverless functions to containerized applications. One day you might be building a slick Power App that transforms how our users work, the next you're architecting a complex integration between multiple systems or customizing Dynamics 365 for specific customer needs. You might also find yourself creating intuitive user interfaces for AI-powered applications like chat bots or intelligent document processing tools. You'll be implementing robust security frameworks, ensuring our applications follow identity and access management best practices. Plus, you'll be coaching your team, reviewing code, and helping junior developers level up their skills.

The technical stuff you'll work with:

  • Azure services (the whole suite - App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, SQL Database, and more)
  • Power Platform development (Apps, Automate, BI, Virtual Agents)
  • Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations for various customer implementations
  • C#, .NET, TypeScript, and Node.js for full-stack development
  • Identity and access management solutions (Azure AD, OAuth, SAML, JWT)
  • Modern development practices with Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • Database design and optimization

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years building software, with at least 2 years leading other developers
  • Deep Azure knowledge and hands-on Power Platform experience
  • Strong understanding of identity, authentication, and authorization best practices
  • Strong skills in C#, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and code reviews
  • Someone who can translate business needs into technical solutions

Bonus points if you have:

  • Azure or Power Platform certifications
  • Experience building user interfaces for AI-powered applications
  • Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 customizations and development
  • AWS or Google Cloud background
  • A passion for clean code and modern architecture
