Senior Network Consulting Engineer Key Role Overview As a seasoned network consulting engineer, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level technical guidance to our customers on mission-critical security projects. This role requires an in-depth understanding of Cisco Firepower Threat Defense and Cisco Identity Services Engine, coupled with exceptional consulting and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, providing technical leadership, escalation support, and knowledge transfer to customers and partners. Drive Business Growth : Utilize your expertise to improve internal operations for our customers. Provide Critical Support : Offer escalation support and troubleshooting for critical network outages and complex security incidents. Evaluate Software and Patches : Perform evaluations to support strategic decisions. Understand Customer Operations : Gain insight into the customer's internal business functions and culture. Escalation Support : Provide assistance for critical network outages and complex network and security issues. Required Skills and Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: Extensive experience with Cisco Firepower Threat Defense and Cisco Identity Services Engine. Proven consulting and troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments. Ability to provide technical leadership and escalation support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
