Having a solid foundation in the nuances of paid media, across major platforms like Google and Meta, you will be adept in managing campaigns, mastering tracking and analytics, and making significant contributions to our overarching marketing strategies. Your expertise will ensure our marketing efforts are measurable, scalable, and aligned with our business goals.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role requires collaboration across departments to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

Success Criteria

The successful candidate will be highly organized and analytical, with a keen focus on driving success through paid advertising and funnel optimization. Critical thinking, data analysis, and time management skills are paramount. And a strong passion for crafting and executing effective ad campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels, alongside a goal-oriented approach to delivering tangible results, is essential. This role demands a versatile digital marketing skill set, with a deep understanding of how to leverage various marketing platforms to achieve business objectives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and others, ensuring alignment with our sales & marketing objectives.
  • Create and optimize sales & marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
  • Implement and manage tracking solutions to accurately measure the effectiveness of paid media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and refine our overall marketing strategy, contributing insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters and the design team to ensure the delivery of high-converting sales copy and designs, guiding initial concepts for ads and landing pages with a focus on optimizing for conversions.
  • Analyze and optimize media buying strategies based on performance data.
  • Manage budgets and track spending on media purchases.
  • Assist with marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives - making sure projects are launched on-time and within budget.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of major projects and marketing materials to identify and correct any misspellings, grammatical errors, or inconsistencies, while also evaluating design elements for visual appeal and ensuring user experience (UX) standards are met on both mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing and paid media to drive innovation and efficiency within our marketing efforts.
  • Determine future opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing or Business - OR equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years work experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising and funnel optimization.
  • Proficient in using different tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Voluum, Redtrack .etc) to inform marketing decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical with ability to evaluate performance of marketing campaigns and communicate insights to other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across the entire organization with employees at all levels.
  • Prior knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and e-Commerce is an asset.
  • A team player: You think in "we" mode - the success of the marketing team and the entire company is a community matter for you and always has top priority in regards to your actions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
