We are looking for Regional Program Manager who wants to learn and transform his career. Mandatory Skills: Bachelor’s degree in related field of study with a minimum of 8 years working for a large global manufacturing company, or formal project management training plus minimum of 12 years’ work experience in a large multi-national company, managing medium-sized global projects. For the LATAM resource, fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. Availability for occasional travel to Chile and Mexico. And much better if you stand out for: BS in business administration or project management PMP, PgMP, Prince II Certification or equivalent Familiarity with regulatory and supply chain processes in a medical device environment is highly desirable. Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and supply chain operations in the medical device industry. Ability to interpret and communicate medical device regulations and quality requirements across multiple countries (nice to have) Key Responsibilities: Strong program management skills, including planning, coordination, and risk management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse geographies and functions. Ability to manage complex interdependencies and drive cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset. Key Words: Program Manager >>> What do we offer?
