What you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles within the pharmaceutical industry, supporting one of our leading clients.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates across different functions and levels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs using innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Collaborate with the HR and talent acquisition teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and best practices.

You’ll be someone who can bring:

  • 4+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing strategies.
  • A proactive, organized approach with the ability to handle multiple requisitions efficiently.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
