We are seeking an experienced accounting and tax professional who can deliver peace of mind to clients by solving complex cross-border puzzles. Responsibilities Tax Preparation Prepare and file US federal (and some state) tax returns for single-member & multi-member LLCs, S-Corporations, foreign-owned U.S. disregarded entities and corporations, and U.S. individual tax returns. Bookkeeping and Financial Statement Management Manage monthly/quarterly bookkeeping and financial statement preparation using QuickBooks Online. Payroll Compliance and Client Advisory Oversee payroll compliance when applicable. Advise clients on tax-saving strategies, entity structuring, BOI reporting, and compliance timelines. Data Review and Accuracy Review and correct client-provided records, flag red flags, and ensure data accuracy. Collaboration and Execution Collaborate with U.S.-based CPAs/Enrolled Agents on complex cases while owning day-to-day execution. ]]>
